In over 300 cities worldwide, millions came together to rally for an end to a failed drug war on cannabis and industrial hemp. Members of Oregon NORML and Campaign for the Restoration and Regulation of Hemp have formed Oregonians for Cannabis Reform and introduced the Oregon Cannabis Tax Act of 2010. The petition being circulated as I-73 would eliminate marijuana prohibition and restore industrial hemp in Oregon starting January 1, 2011.
