San Diego is still fighting a war against medical marijuana. They only issued the cards because they were forced to. They are still spending boatloads of taxpayer money prosecuting medical marijuana patients.

The card should be smokeable. We will have to watch more of these videos for a while yet. Maybe by then, I too will be eligible for prescription weed, with some recognisable ailment, after consuming Cannabis for nearly 40 years . US Federal law makes it impossible to provide supply to patients. Where is the liberty and justice? Not in America. And not anywhere under Cannabis prohibition. Free the weed.
