pot plant that are grown industrially for hemp have no recreational use since the plant has very low thc content. hemp and recreational marijuana are different.
hemp should be leagal since the U.S. imports more hemp than any other nation but ganja should stay illegal

@downwiththeantimetal lol, here in California, if you get causght with weed, you get an infraction and a $100 ticket. Weed is the same as getting a parking ticket here. Asshole cops like to stick you with intent to sell though, and that’s either a misdemnor or a felony depending on where you get charged.
Theres a small community center in denver where marijuana is legal, you cant take it out of the building though
Its been proven that just as many people if not more are just as likely had sex,drank alcohol,smoked cigarettes prior to doing hard drugs such as doing heroin
