Congressman Ernest Istook is using the same arguments as those who were against repealing alcohol prohibition. They said that America would suffer all kinds of bad consequences. They said that gangsters like Al Capone would find other ways to make money. He did kinda, but as we all know it didn’t go anywhere and eventually he was put out of business. If alcohol prohibition had not been repealed, there would be thousands of gangsters like Al Capone running this country today. Istook is an idiot.
