Drug Nation – CNN Takes A Look At Legalizing Marijuana
@lotzx5 Well, it doesn’t allways make you FEEL tired. That’s why I wrote about reaction time.
@yungtrill420 I think you mean you want Decriminalization instead of legalization.
@SanctionNormac Exactly, but they want people to be in prisons. There are private owned prisons in America, there is profit made from people in prison. They are building more prisons than every before, it’s just like any other business out there.
@Essentialism155 Government will NEVER legalize it, the people have to literally shove the pieces of paper down their throats. And not just some, MOST of the American population. Government doesn’t like marijuana, it’s a medicine that grows in your back yard.
@ToxinalX The thing with marijuana is that it makes you tired. It’s not a good thing to make you tired when driving, it’s along the lines of driving drunk. Which I completely understand why it’s not good to smoke and drive.
@taker4prez It’s up to the people for that to happen. Seriously, if people stopped buying cigarettes today, they would have to dramatically change their product. I used to be the type of person who kept blaming the leaders, but I blame the people for not standing up.
let em’, have the real drugs i’ll keep my weed
@Chris1178R Because in a new study on marijuana, It showed that marijuana stimulates brain cell production. Ya!
Legalizing weed they should, cuz i want grow some good as weed.
This guy has a vested interest in keeping the war going!
If you “take down the leaders,” more leaders will take their place immediately.
This has been happening since the “war” started, and it will continue until the citizens wake up.
If we legalized pot, the drug gangs would disappear overnight, but so too would the tens of billions the police get every year, and the massive prison complex, the lawyers, etc.
The vast majority of the drug and prison budget is spent on pot.
OMG WAKE UP!
DEA’s job = To keep you in the dark and feed you shit while they make millions off your income tax.
@chil621 SO TRUE!
The only bad thing about weed is when you run out and you don’t have anymore.
what a bullshit newstory.. the adverse affects of using drugs.. what about the adverse affects of having it illegal??
@xxTingTingManxx BLAH BLAH BLAH…. just a bunch of loose kids talkin stuff they can’t back up OKAY NOW IF MARIJUANA GETS LEGALIZED IT WILL NOT BE SO EASY TO MAKE MONEY FROM becuase half of the american people are un employed and going to bars might seem like an espensive trip when you can just do it at home so WEED=MOONSHINE no tax = no legalization , BTW have you ever heard someone say “I HAD CANCER MARIJUANA CURED ME ” NEVER see false propoganda made under intoxication.
I assume you weren’t an English major…I’ll also assume it was community college.
this was soooo stupid. like back in the 1930s again. what a waste of airtime. try to catch the cartel leaders????? so what the hell were the DEA agents doing all these years. legalizing will encourage more smokers??? HELLLOOO. so basically the law is also encouraging alcohol and tabacco use cos its legal. thing about news clips is that you get 100% bullshit.
i had a dribing lesson when stoned was the best driving i ever done said me instructer
weed has always been there for me to calm me down and enjoy life more. i dont just sit around. i go out and run, play basketball, or throw the football with some friends. i dont feel like it affects my cardio at all. i fight and it makes me a lot better at jui jitsu.
Easy, it doesn’t hurt you and all of the negative effects are pretty much bs. Just government propaganda that old people still believe in.
if we did fully legalize think about it would companies mass produce weed ciggs but add addictive substances or anything like that?
“Besides smoking weed wouldn’t be gangsta if any noob can smoke it”
That’s my point exactly. Meaning less people who would smoke and drive just to be “cool”.
@christon0123 skank? haha.
Well if we added weed to the equation it wouldn’t really change anything except people wouldn’t have to go to jail or prison.
However, I want to sum up what I’ve learned on this subject through out the years:
*Driving both high and under the influence of alcohol could be verry hard.
*Driving under the influence of alcohol is allways more dangerous.
*Driving your car high could be dangerous as you’re reactiontime isn’t the best when you’re smoking weed.
I WAS A HEAVY POT SMOKER WHIL ATTENDING COLLEGE A FEW YEARS AGO, AND I MADE STRAIGHT “A”s.
CAN YOU EXPLAIN THAT?
